5. Repeat Infringers

CodeByareba reserves the right to terminate or suspend user accounts that are found to repeatedly infringe on others’ intellectual property rights. If a user is deemed a repeat infringer, their account will be deactivated, and they may be permanently banned from using the platform.

CodeByareba does not control or endorse any user-generated content uploaded by users. We are not liable for any infringing content uploaded by users, and we act in good faith to remove infringing materials once notified.
