Premium Membership Terms and Conditions
1. Overview
These Terms and Conditions govern the usage of premium memberships on our platform. By subscribing to any of our premium tiers, including Silver Access, Gold Elite, or Platinum Prestige, you agree to comply with the rules outlined in this document.
2. Membership Tiers and Access
Silver Access (Monthly):
- 5 free downloads per day.
- Monthly renewal required unless canceled.
- Unused downloads do not roll over to the next day or month.
- No refund or rollover for unused downloads at the end of the month.
Gold Elite (Monthly):
- 15 free downloads per day.
- Monthly renewal required unless canceled.
- Unused downloads do not roll over to the next day or month.
- No refund or rollover for unused downloads at the end of the month.
Platinum Prestige (Annual):
- Unlimited downloads per day.
- Billed annually, and the subscription lasts for 12 months.
- No daily limits; users can access as much content as they wish.
- No refund for early cancellation after the first 30 days.
3. Subscription, Billing, and Payments
- Membership fees are charged either monthly (for Silver Access and Gold Elite) or annually (for Platinum Prestige) based on the tier selected at checkout.
- Payments are non-refundable after the initial 7-day free trial (if applicable) or after the first 30 days of the annual membership.
- Automatic renewal will occur unless the user cancels the subscription before the renewal date. Cancellations must be made through the user account settings.
- The platform reserves the right to change membership fees at any time with a 30-day prior notice to subscribers.
4. Account Usage
- Premium accounts are personal and non-transferable.
- Each user is allowed only one premium account per individual.
- Sharing login credentials with others to grant access to premium features is strictly prohibited.
- Violation of account usage may result in account suspension or termination without refund.
5. Content Usage
- The downloads included in each tier are for personal or professional use only as defined by the platform’s usage policies.
- Redistribution, resale, or publication of downloaded content without permission from the platform is prohibited.
- Abuse of download limits, such as using bots or automated scripts, will result in immediate suspension.
6. Cancellation and Termination
- Users can cancel their subscription anytime via the platform's account settings.
- For Silver Access and Gold Elite members: once the subscription is canceled, premium access will continue until the end of the billing cycle.
- For Platinum Prestige members: once canceled, users will retain access until the end of the annual subscription period, without refunds.
- The platform reserves the right to terminate a user’s premium membership if there is any violation of these terms.
7. Modifications
- The platform reserves the right to modify these terms or the premium membership features at any time.
- Changes in membership fees or features will be communicated to members via email at least 30 days before the change takes effect.
8. Data Privacy and Security
- All user data, including payment details, will be handled in accordance with the platform’s Privacy Policy.
- The platform employs secure payment gateways and encryption to protect user information.
9. Disclaimer of Liability
- The platform is not responsible for any losses or damages resulting from the use or inability to use the premium services.
- All downloads are provided "as is" without warranties unless expressly stated.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the platform operates. Any disputes will be resolved in the platform’s local court of jurisdiction.
