I was hoping for a seamless and efficient banking experience, but unfortunately, this system fell short. The interface is clunky and confusing, making even basic transactions a chore. I'm also disappointed by the lack of essential features, like mobile check deposit and budgeting tools. For a digital banking system, it feels outdated and lacking in functionality.
