Disappointing Experience, Needs Improvement
I was initially excited to switch to this online banking system, hoping for a more streamlined and efficient experience. However, I've been disappointed. The interface is clunky and not very intuitive, making it difficult to navigate and find what I need. The mobile app is even worse, with constant glitches and slow loading times. Customer support was unhelpful and couldn't resolve the issues I encountered. I'm hoping for significant improvements in the future, but for now, I'm sticking with my old bank.
