Major Disappointment: System Glitches and Poor Support
I was so excited to try this new digital banking system, hoping for a streamlined and convenient experience. Unfortunately, my hopes were dashed quickly. From the start, I encountered numerous glitches. Transactions wouldn't process correctly, the mobile app kept crashing, and I couldn't even access my account information half the time. When I reached out to customer support, the wait times were incredibly long and the agents seemed unhelpful. I ended up spending hours on the phone trying to resolve basic issues, with little success. This system is simply not reliable and the lack of support makes it even more frustrating. I strongly advise against it.
